Here’s to BBC2

It’s nearly Christmas for crying out loud and where exactly is the festive fun? Not on the TV that’s for sure. There has been such a paucity of decent telly so far since this little experiment started that I half expected Radio Times’ selections to include a documentary about Scrabble… Oh, Hang on, there is one! I kid you not, it’s part of Alan Yentob’s Imagine… series and is almost worth tuning in for just to see how they make it run for 65 minutes. If that’s not your cup of cocoa then Five are offering yet another CSI marathon, while over on Auntie we reach the conclusion of

DW RB3

Christmas Review #12 of 12

Who’d have guessed that my 12th and final Christmas review would have been the Doctor Who, Christmas day extravaganza, “The Runaway Bride“? And it’s the twelfth day after Christmas too, genius eh?! Christmas Review #3 of 12

Standing on a beach in Wales, apparently disguised to look like a beach in Noway, we last saw Rose bidding a tearful farewell to the Doctor in one of the TV highlights of 2006.  Actress Billie Piper has since indicated, if reports are to be believed, that she sort of regrets not staying on the show and is quite jealous of Freema Agyeman who is going to try and fill her shoes in series three of Doctor Who in the spring.  (The countdown starts here!).  I am sure much of this “regret” is just professional respect for the cast and crew

New Year

#132. Happy New Year

As we stumble and stagger our way into another new year it’s time to make some resolutions for where this little website is heading…..

  1. Better Writing. A website is not worthwhile without good content. I am already enrolled on a course to improve this aspect of Fazzinchi.co.uk. So, I resolve to get better at this.
  2. More Content, More Regularly. Here’s the “Posts Per Month” breakdown for 2006:
